1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using hublle ("Service," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

hublle is a cloud-based project management platform that provides:

• Project planning and tracking
• Task and work breakdown structure management
• Gantt charts and Kanban boards
• Risk management
• Financial tracking
• Document management
• Team collaboration tools
• AI-powered insights and recommendations

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 16 years of age
• Capable of forming a binding contract
• Not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the Service for lawful business purposes
• Create and manage projects and data
• Invite team members to collaborate
• Export your data at any time
• Customize within provided features

You May NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or data mine the platform
• Share accounts across multiple users

6. User Roles and Permissions

Roles include: Platform Admin, Tenant Super Admin, Tenant Admin, Portfolio Lead, Programme Manager, Project Manager, Team Member, Approver, Viewer, Client, and Supplier. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities.

7. Subscription and Payments

Pricing Tiers

• Starter: Up to 5 users
• Professional: Up to 25 users
• Enterprise: Unlimited users

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually
• Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Cancellations take effect at end of billing period
• No refunds for partial periods
• Payment failures may result in service suspension

8. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data

• You retain all rights to your data
• You grant us license to host and process your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for data accuracy and legality
• You can export your data at any time

Tenant Isolation

• Data is completely isolated between organizations
• We cannot access tenant data except for support or legal requirements
• Cross-tenant data sharing is not permitted

9. AI Features

• AI processes your data to provide insights
• Data stays within our infrastructure
• AI-generated content should be reviewed
• We are not liable for AI recommendations
• Your data is not used to train models for other customers

10. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Scheduled maintenance announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions

11. Termination

By You

• Cancel subscription at any time
• Data retained for 60 days after cancellation
• Export data before final deletion

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of Terms, non-payment, illegal activities, abuse of Service, or excessive resource usage.

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, security against all threats, or specific results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or damages exceeding amount paid in last 12 months.

14. Intellectual Property

• hublle name, logo, and trademarks are our property
• Platform code, design, and features are protected by copyright
• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us license to use content to provide the Service

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates posted with new "Last Updated" date. Material changes notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
